We encourage you to visit the various web sites of the SOE countries and see if the programs interest you and would be a benefit to your country. Look under Programs (link click) and see our primary programs that are the same in all countries and then some of the different programs set up to meet the needs of each SOE.

Locally established boards should have SOE self sustaining within four years hence each year after the first should require less help. Our experience is that depending upon costs within your own country a full annual program can cost from $10,000 to $150,000 the first year. SOE tries to help new countries get started with a “spark grant.” The amount will vary by local circumstances and often local business and community leaders are willing to contribute services and venues.
